All Stars Cricket is an initiative from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) aimed at providing children aged five to eight with a great first experience in cricket. The programme is delivered across England and Wales at over 1,500 fully accredited All Stars Cricket centres. It is a fun and active way to develop your child’s skills, and through our eight-week programme they will learn lots – as well as make new friends – in a safe and inclusive environment.
When does All Stars Cricket start?
As an individual club we are acting as a delivery centre for this nationally defined program. All Stars will run at Beaconsfield Cricket Club for 8 weeks from May 7th from 10.45 to 11.30am at a cost of £50.
How does All Stars Cricket work?
Juniors sign up to a central All Stars Cricket administration system operated by the ECB. The central administration system provides the juniors with the introductory playing kit, runs the rewards program and collects the joining fees. It also provides the list of clubs that have signed up and been approved as delivery centres. You are free to choose whichever centre best fits your requirements.
All girls and boys are welcome, and each registered child will receive a pack of cricket goodies, including a cricket bat, ball, backpack, water bottle, personalised shirt and cap, so that they can continue their love of cricket when they go home.
Why choose Beaconsfield Cricket Club?
Beaconsfield Cricket Club is a family-friendly club offering cricket at all levels and ages. The club offers strong progression with both girls and boys sections all the way to adult. We have both girls and boys teams entering the local cricket leagues for the summer season. Many of the adults playing in the club came through the junior ranks and a number of the stronger players go on to represent the county. The club offers first class cricket training and playing facilities for players of all standards.
