... and Barney has done exceptionally well, again. Both our squares were ranked first in their categories - Pitch 1 (joint) first out of 76 in 1st XI grounds; pitch 2 first out of 59 outfield grounds. Pitch 2 was also ranked first for outfield; pitch 1 was 17th (but given ducks had taken up residence in the puddles on the outfield for the first 3 weeks of the season, that is a remarkable achievement).
