Beaconsfield, skippered for the first time by Joey Ing, won the toss and elected to bat.
Openers Jamie Roy and Seb Pym gave the team a solid platform on which to build, Seb scoring a quick-fire 30 retired, including 6 boundaries. Skipper Joe and paceman Matt Healy then followed up with 30 each, with Joe playing the anchorman role and Matt reaching 30 off 13 balls.
Keeper Rory Barnes then set about scoring a free-flowing 10 and, as the overs ran out, Parry Dhillon, Ben Ul-Ghani, Harry Rees, Ollie Ward and Jay Patel all contributed with runs, to get the home side to a very creditable 160 from their 20 overs.
Ballinger, started strongly, with their Bucks Ladies opener taking the battle to Beaconsfield fast-bowling opening partnership of Parry and Matt, and Ballinger made steady progress until some sharp bowling by Ben Ul-Ghani and Jamie Roy removed the opener and number 3 three in quick succession.
The remaining bowlers contained a strong opposition batting side, making it hard to score. Two further wickets from Seb Pym and Kit Murphy saw Ballinger eventually finish their innings on 106 for 6.
A Special thank you to Neepa Patel for scoring the match and well done to all the boys on continuing their undefeated start to the season.
